Overview

Sigma Si, a natural source of plant-available silicon, is available now through American Plant Food. This product line is scientifically proven to improve soil health and strengthen crops by building their resistance to disease, pests, drought, and extreme temperatures.

Why Silicon?

Silicon is categorized as a “beneficial substance” by the Association of American Plant Food Control Officials (AAPFCO). Though not considered an essential plant nutrient, silicon is essential to present-day agricultural production systems and is shown to benefit various multi-cropping systems.

Sigma Si product granules are available in a wide range of blends and formulations and are easily incorporated into existing nutrient management plans.
