Multi-Pels™

Overview

Multi-Pels, our legacy, mixed plant food line, is made by blending ammonium sulfate, phosphate, and potash. This plant food is a free-flowing blend that’s ideal for broadcast spreading or in-furrow banded applications. A custom analysis is available in any possible ratio. Formulas include 5-20-20, 12-24-12, 13-13-13, 15-5-10, 15-15-15, 16-20-0, and 17-17-17, with hundreds of others possible, each guaranteed with sulfur. Multi-Pels gives growers multi-source nitrogen and phosphorus. All nitrogen is in the ammoniacal form.

Garden: 15 lbs. per 1000 sq. ft. incorporated in pre-plant
Flowers: 1 lb. per 100 sq. ft. incorporated in pre-plant
Shrubs and Hedges: 1 lb. per 100 sq. ft.
Shade and/or Fruit and Nut Trees: 0.5 lb. per in. of trunk diameter

Timing

For gardens, flowers, shrubs and hedges, shade trees, and fruit and nut trees, apply during springtime. For established lawns, apply prior to springtime.
